At De Soto Sport, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-performance gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of the original delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the gear is clean and free of any odors or pet hair.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier; you will receive a confirmation email once our team has inspected the items and processed your refund or exchange.
